ID Photo is a security application designed to protect your personal photos, videos, and chats. While we strive for security, we cannot guarantee it to be 100% secure. All information in the app is backed up on encrypted cloud servers.
For auto-renewing subscriptions completed in our iOS Apps, the following terms apply:
You may use ID Photo only if you are 13 years or older and not barred from doing so under applicable law.
You will not use ID Photo for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You will not access ID Photo through automated or non-human means.
ID Photo and its licensors exclusively own the app, including all associated intellectual property rights. You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark, or other proprietary rights or notices incorporated in or accompanying ID Photo. ID Photo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, copy, and display the app solely in connection with your permitted use.
You agree not to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide ID Photo.
You will not plant malware or use ID Photo to distribute malware.
You will not violate any applicable law or regulation, or encourage or enable any other individual to do so.
We reserve the right to monitor access to ID Photo and your content, and to remove or disable access to any content deemed objectionable or in violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to and use of ID Photo at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice. You may cancel your account at any time by sending an email to {{email}}.
ID Photo and its licensors’ intellectual property are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We make no warranty that ID Photo will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.
You will indemnify and hold harmless ID Photo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, disputes, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of ID Photo or your violation of these Terms.
Neither ID Photo nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the app will be liable for any incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with these terms or from the use of or inability to use ID Photo, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
In no event will ID Photo’s total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms exceed the amounts you have paid for use of ID Photo.
These Terms constitute the entire understanding and agreement between ID Photo and you, superseding any prior agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
